If you have genuinely tried multiple programs and regained the weight, the answer is probably not a better diet. It is likely a behavioral approach (Noom), a medical conversation (Calibrate), or a more honest look at sleep and stress, which are the factors most programs never address. Start with whichever of those three feels most relevant to your actual situation, not your ideal situation.

WHOOP or Oura Ring? Which should I buy?

It depends what you want the data for. WHOOP is better for active people who want training and recovery guidance, it tells you how hard to push today. Oura is better for people prioritizing sleep quality and overall health monitoring, especially if a discrete form factor matters. If you train hard and want recovery data, WHOOP. If you want the best sleep tracker available, Oura.

Is AG1 actually worth the price?
